Place the prawn mix in the fridge and marinate for 3 to 4 hours tossing them occasionally.\n\nPlace the prawns on a medium to hot barbeque, and grill the prawns for 2 minutes on either side or until the shells turn pink ensuring that they do not burn.\n\nIf you would like to serve 4 use 16 prawns, 1\u00bd onions, 2 or 3 chillis, \u00be cup each of olive oil and lemon juice.\n\nRemove them from the barbeque, splash over some fresh lemon and parsley to garnish and serve with the rice.\n\nMake sure you have plenty of paper serviettes and a bowl of warm water with lemon juice in to rinse your fingers.\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 20-25 prawns with shell on and head on. 1 Medium to large red onion finely chopped. 1 Mild chilli finely chopped (use 2 if you like the heat).
